摘要：心理素质教育作为大学生身心发展保障的课程,已成为人文素养教育中不可或缺的环节。在尊重人格主体性与差异性的前提下,运用心理学理论、团体辅导、心理剧等方式将心理素质教育与人文素养教育紧密结合起来,促进每一位大学生心理健康的发展与人文素质的提升。
The psychological quality education is the protection of physical and mental development of college students and is the essential part of humanistic quality education. In the premise of respect for human subjectivity and differences, the psychological quality education and the humanities education are put together by the application of such theories as psychological theory, group counseling, and psychological drama to promote every student’s mental health development and enhance the quality of humanities.
