摘要：重大突发事件对公众的心理、认知和行为都会产生巨大的影响。由于个人受教育程度、知识结构、生活阅历等因素的不同,公众对重大突发事件的主观判断、感性认知、信息处理也会千差万别,经常会出现心理偏差。在重大突发事件的不同发展阶段,公众的接受心理呈现出不同的特点。科学、准确地把握公众的心理在突发事件不同阶段的不同特点和规律,可以帮助我们有效地调整处置措施和新闻报道策略。
Major emergencies have a huge impact on the psychology, cognition and behavior of the public. Owing to such factors as different personal levels of education, knowledge structure and life experience, the public differ in their subjective judgment, perceptual cognition and information processing of a major inci- dent, thus leading to certain psychological deviation. In the different phases of development of a major inci- dent, the public＇s reception of psychology presents different characteristics. Scientifically and accurately grasping the different characteristics and laws of the public ＇ s psychology at different stages of the emergency can help us effectively adjust ourselves to the disposal measures and news report strategies.
