摘要：在缺乏资源和核心竞争力的背景下,中小企业嵌入合作网络中进行技术创新,对提升企业成长性有重要意义。基于286家中国中小企业的调查数据,本文采取多元层级回归方法,对网络嵌入性、技术创新、技术动荡性与企业成长之间的关系进行了理论探讨和实证检验,试图揭示网络嵌入性、技术创新对企业成长的差异性影响以及转化机制,并对技术动荡性在网络嵌入性、技术创新与企业成长的关系中所扮演的调节作用进行实证分析。实证结果发现,网络嵌入性的网络中心度维度与中小企业企业成长呈显著的正相关关系,技术创新在网络中心度和企业成长关系之间起部分中介作用;技术动荡性负向调节网络中心度和技术创新的关系,正向调节技术创新和企业成长的关系。
Due to lack of resources and core competitiveness,the small and medium-sized enterprises embedded in collaboration network would carry out technical innovation,which promotes firm growth significantly. Based on the survey data of 286 Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper investigates the relationship between network embeddedness,technology innovation,technological turbulence and firm growth by taking the hierarchical regression technique. It explores the differentiated effects of network embeddedness and technology innovation on firm growth and reveals the transformation mechanism. Meanwhile,this paper also examines the moderating role of technology turbulence in the relationship between network embeddedness,technology innovation and firm growth. The results suggest that there is a significantly positive correlation between the network centrality dimension of network embeddedness and firm growth. Furthermore,it is found that the technology innovation partially mediates the relationship between the network centrality and firm growth,and the technology turbulence moderates the relationship between network centrality and technology innovation negatively,while moderates the relationship between technology innovation and firm growth positively.
