摘要:The Synthesized Multi-Function Process Control training device (SMPT-1000) is used as the controlled object, which contains a forced ventilation furnace commonly used in industrial field. After comprehensive consideration to the user’s production targets and energy-saving targets, four control loops were designed, which are material flow single loop control, the material temperature - temperature cascade control with feed-forward compensation and Smith predictor, the control loop of Oxygen content of flue gas with fuel flow - air flow ratio, and open - loop control of furnace vacuum. The hardware configuration and the programming of Continuous Function Control (CFC) for each control loop are performed on the Siemens Process Control System (PCS7) platform. A Fuzzy adaptive tuning PID controller with original opening is devised, whose program is realized by Structure Control Language (SCL) of Siemens. From the control results of the furnace, the design scheme and the control algorithm could meet users’ requirements very well. ? 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
