摘要:"零负团费"模式是旅游业发展到一定阶段出现的客源地和目的地相互作用的一种现象。在对"零负团费"现象研究文献的回顾中发现,对消费者非理性、旅行社削价竞争、旅游产品同质化、信息不对称等表面化的现象进行探讨的较多,但对于旅行社业影响最大的制度层面的研究往往被忽略。制度约束是"零负团费"产生的主要原因,而且在旅游资源无法自由流动的条件下,"零负团费"无疑是一种可以最小化交易费用的模式。正是因为具有这样的优势,"零负团费"模式才成为包价旅游产品一种主要的经营模式。
The mode of "Zero or Negative Tour Fee" is a unique phenomenon resulted from the interaction of tourism - generating region and tourism destination, and it appears only when tourism develops to a certain phase. When it comes to "Zero or Negative Tour Fee" mode, research on non - rational consumption of tourists, price reduction competition between travel agencies, the consubstantial trend of tourism products, asymmetric information, ete, are in the majority. The fundamental influence factor, which is about the system itself, however, is always neglected. It is the restrictions of various rules that mainly result in "Zero or Negative Tour Fee". Under the circumstance of immovability of tourism resources, the mode of "Zero or Negative Tour Fee" is undoubtedly efficient in minimizing transaction costs, which makes it the first choice of management mode of package tourism product.
