As the bridge between the Party and universities, the trade union cadres of colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in maintaining the unity and stability of the country and safeguarding the legitimate interests of the workers. The trade union cadres in colleges and universities in the new era should have more comprehensive qualities to cope with the higher requirements put forward by the development of the times for trade union cadres, and constantly improve their political quality, innovation ability, professional ability and comprehensive ability.
