摘要：新冠肺炎疫情对居民日常活动与出行带来较大影响。从新时间地理学关于企划—活动系统和活动的地方秩序嵌套两个核心概念出发,基于对北京市双井街道典型家庭居民在疫情爆发前、疫情最严重时期及复工复产以来等三个阶段的活动日志和访谈调查,选取双职工育儿家庭中男女家长育儿与家庭照料企划为研究对象,从企划实现过程中的主体互动关系、资源与制约转化、时空组合等方面分析疫情不同时期日常活动时空特征变化以及家的活动的地方秩序变化。研究发现:家的活动的地方秩序重构存在内部分工调整主动适应、工作—家庭冲突被动调整、代际支持不足社会支持补充等不同模式,弹性化办公与男家长的家庭企划参与、代际支持变化、其他资源的可获得性等是重要的影响因素。
The sudden COVID-19 has dramatically affected the residents’daily activity and travel.Home as an important station within individual’s daily activity system,where the pockets of local order have been changed greatly under COVID-19.This paper based on new time-geography and on the first hand retrospective diary survey and interview data during the different stages of the COVID-19,studies the realization process of the child-caring project and the household domestic caring project of the dual-earner family with pre-school or school-age child.We focused on the interaction between family members,the transformation of key resources and constraints,as well as the formation of space-time couplings.Results showed that influenced by the COVID-19,the activity system of family project changed greatly.The restructuring of local order of home had several modes,including internal division of labor and initiative adaptation,passive adjustment under work-family conflict,as well as inter-generational support insufficient while complement with social support.Flexible work time and patriarch participation in family project,the change of inter-generational support,and the availability of other resources are important influencing factors for the restructuring of local order of home during the COVID-19.
