摘要:体外抗菌实验和临床数据表明,茶树油具有广谱抗菌活性,可望开发成为一种新的抗菌剂。茶树油以一种膜破坏剂的形式发挥作用,通过破坏膜结构,使细胞内钾离子泄漏,抑制细胞呼吸,刺激细胞自溶,导致细胞内电子密度物质损失,改变细胞形态学等。研究茶树油抗菌作用机理,有助于了解抗菌谱、毒性以及微生物耐药性的发展过程。
In vitro antimicrobial test and clinical data have showed that tea tree oil has a broad-spectrum of antimicrobial activity and it was possible to be developed a novel antibacterial agent. Tea tree oil acted as a membrane destructive agent. It destroyed membrane structure, induced celluler K^+ leakage, inhibited respiration, stimulated cell lysis, resulting the exudation of electron density material and also changing the cell morphology, etc. To study the mechanism of antimicrobial activity of tea tree oil would help to elucidate the activity spectrum and the mechanism of resistance development of microbes.
