摘要：本文简要回顾了60余年的两岸政治关系,指出两岸政治关系存在的共识和分歧,两岸政治关系中的共同点在于有一定的政治基础和相同的追求目标,主要分歧在于两岸三个主要政党对台湾和大陆客观存在的法理事实与政治事实之间落差的认识。最后提出"一中框架、内外有别。对内平等,对外互补"作为全面改善两岸政治关系的建议。
Based on a brief overview of the development of political relations across the Taiwan Strait over the past 6decades,this paper examines the consensuses and controversies in the cur- rent cross-Strait political relationship.It argues that their major consensus is the political ground and objectives shared by both sides,and that their major controversy is concerned with the dif- ferent understandings of the three major political parties across the Strait about the gap between the de jurereality and the political reality of cross-Strait relations.In the end,the paper proposes the principle of'one-China framework,different treatments to internal and external affairs,e- quality between both sides across the Strait,and complementary roles to play in external affairs' to guide further improvement of cross-Strait political relations.
