摘要：This paper presents that there exists hysteresis nature of the impact of intellectual property on the financing preference. Taking Chinese listed high-tech companies as data sample, impact of intellectual property on the preference was studied. The research result shows that the total number of intellectual property of the high-tech listed company is not obviously correlated to enterprises financing preference. ? 2011 IEEE.
