摘要: 加严多水平连续抽样方案适用于对生产条件稳定、质量较优的产品、非致命缺陷的检验。我国国家标准GB8052 87《单水平和多水平计数连续抽样检查程序及表》公布的加严多水平连续抽样方案(CSP T)相对于早期提出的加严多水平连续抽样方案在一定程度上缓和了抽样比率的波动幅度,但是抽样比率的波动依然较大,使得抽检工作量分配不均匀。鉴于此,对CSP T方案的转换程序做了进一步改进,改进的方案记做MLP。利用转移概率流向图和转移概率母函数的方法推导出MLP方案的基本统计特性函数。计算结果表明,MLP与CSP T相比,不仅大幅度降低了抽样比率波动的幅度,检验工作量趋于更加均匀,可行性高,而且表现出更好的统计特性,降低了两类误判概率。
A tightened multi-level continuous sampling plan is used to inspecting nonfatal defective items in good quality. A multi-level continuous sampling plan (CSP-T), accepted by the GB 8052-87, is smoother transition between sampling inspection and full inspection compared with former tightened multi-level continuous sampling plans. Yet the improvement is limited. Design an tightened multi-level continuous sampling plan by altering the switch manner based on CSP-T. The improved multilevel continuous sampling plan (MLP) was calculated three basic statistical characteristic functions by TPFG and TPGF. Calculation shows MLP have some advantages compared with CSP-T, for example, better statistical characteristics, lower sampling speed, and smoother amount of work.
