摘要:用ANSYS有限元软件分析RE-GMSM致动器励磁线圈产生的磁场、磁通,模拟分析磁回路中可能由气隙产生的对磁通的影响,从而获得精确求取致动器输出位移的一种方法,得出RE-GMSM致动器线圈及磁回路设计的一般方法。RE-GMSM棒伸缩率与其上压应力有关,工作所需的预压力一般由弹簧施加,介绍一种预压力施加结构,并用MATLAB语言编写出RE-GMSM棒压应力计算程序。作为RE-GMSM致动器应用实例,设计用RE-GMSM致动器驱动的高速开关阀,并用Inventor软件作出其结构简图。
The magnetic field and density of magnetic current that were generated in a RE-GMSM(Rear Earth-Giant Magnetic Astrictive Materials)actuator were analyzed using finite element analysis software.The influence of gap in the magnetic circuit on magnetic flux density was analyzed.A method that could be used to calculate the output displacement accurately and general principles for designing coil of RE-GMSM actuator and magnetic circuit were obtained from that.The stretching rate of RE-GMSM related to stress on it.Normally the pressure on the rod of RE-GMSM is previously supplied by spring.A method how the pressure was supplied was introduced and the calculating program in MATLAB language was presented.As a example for using the RE-GMSM actuator,a high speed on-off valve was presented and its structure was drew in Inventor.
