摘要:研究东亚钳蝎提取物(BmKE)对四氯化碳所致急性肝损伤小鼠的保护作用及其抗氧化作用。BmKE,阳性对照药VE灌胃5d后,小鼠腹腔注射四氯化碳造成小鼠肝损伤,测定小鼠血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。BmKE处理后,急性肝损伤小鼠的ALT活性显著下降,MDA含量显著甚至极显著下降。BmKE具有减轻肝损伤和抗氧化作用。
To study the protective effects of BmKE for acute liver damage mice induced by carbon tetrachloride and its antioxidation. The male ICR mice were fed with BmKE, positive drug VE, than given with carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) by abdominal injection at the fifth day. Mice ALT and MDA in serum were analyzed 1 hours after administration. The level of ALT and MDA decreases significantly in serum of acute liver damage mice treated with BmKE. Conclusion BmKE have antioxidant ability and can be applied to reduce liver damage.
