摘要：无线局域网技术解决了移动用户随时随地都可以联网的问题。但是单一无线AP所覆盖的地理范围是有限的,无线分布式系统(WDS)的无线桥接模式和无线中继模式实现了两个无线局域网的互联,并扩大了无线信号的传输距离。基于无线中继模式的无线分布式系统,在图书馆现有网络的基础上,为读者充分利用馆内、馆外资源提供了极大的便利。
Wireless LAN technology solves the problem of the mobile users surfing the internet anywhere and anytime. But the geographical coverage scope of a single wireless AP is limited.Wireless bridges and wireless repeaters of Wireless Distributed System （WDS） realize the connectivity of two wireless LANs, and expand transmission distance of the wireless signal. Wireless Distributed System which is based on wireless repeater facilitates readers to make use of all kinds of information.
