摘要:不断健全随班就读支持保障体系,提高随班就读教育质量是目前特殊教育关注的焦点之一,而资源教室是随班就读支持保障体系中重要的一环。加强资源教室的建设,组建高素质的资源教师队伍,提高资源教师的专业化水平,促进资源教室科学、有效地运行是提高随班就读质量的重要保障。本文从研究北京市资源教室建设的现状为切入点,探讨增强资源教室管理实效与提升资源教师专业化水平的有效途径,以期促进首都随班就读工作深入发展。
The unceasing consummation of the supporting system of inclusive education so as to improve the quality of inclusive education is heeded by special education. Constructing resource classrooms, which serve as an important part of this system, establishing a high-quality contingent of resource-oriented teachers, and promoting the scientific and effective operation of resource classrooms help to ensure the high quality of inclusive educa- tion. This study, based on the research into the present construction of resource classrooms in Beijing, probes into effective ways to make resource classroom management more efficient and resource-oriented teachers more professional, in a bid to promote the in-depth development of inclusive education in Beijing.
