摘要：以制药工程专业建设为例,对技术应用型人才的特点、培养模式进行初步探讨。提出培养技术应用型人才要依托行业,重视行业专家的意见,根据市场需求对培养目标进行科学定位;根据应用型人才特点制定教学培养方案,注重实践和创新能力的培养,对课程内容和教学方法进行改革,通过双赢机制实现产学研结合。
In this paper talents characteristics and training mode of technical and applicable talents are discussed through the strengthening the construction Pharmaceutical Engineering specialty. It is proposed that Pharmacy experts＇ opinions should be taken into account in training technical and applicable talents, the disciplinary should be oriented according to the market demand and the cultivation scheme should be made according to the characteristics of applicable talents, the cultivation of practical and creative ability, and cooperation between factories and universities.
