摘要：知识经济时代下,知识管理理论的应用使企业档案管理工作进入了加速发展的新阶段。档案是知识资源不可或缺的组成部分,而知识资源作为企业核心竞争力在企业生产与发展过程中发挥着巨大作用。档案信息化建设推行知识管理理念强调的是在最大限度内实现信息资源的共享,通过隐性知识向显性知识的转化使知识直接服务于企业而实现价值,基于此,将知识管理引入到企业发展中已成为必然趋势。面对企业档案管理的信息化建设中呈现的问题,知识管理为其提供了良好的解决途径。
In the era of knowledge economy,the application of knowledge management theory has brought enterprise archives management into a new stage of accelerated development.Archives are an indispensable part of knowledge resources,and knowledge resources,as the core competitiveness of enterprises,play a huge role in the production and development of enterprises.The concept of knowledge management in the construction of archives informatization emphasizes the sharing of information resources to the maximum extent.Through the transformation of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge,knowledge can directly serve the enterprise and realize value.Based on this,it has become an inevitable trend to introduce knowledge management into the development of enterprises.Facing the problems in the information construction of enterprise archives management,knowledge management provides a good solution for it.
