摘要：农民工社会保险参保影响因素一直是国内学者关注的热点问题。本文基于北京市500份建筑业农民工调查数据,采用二元Logistic模型对北京市建筑业农民工社会保险参保影响因素进行相关分析。结果显示:农民工年龄与婚姻状况、受教育程度与职业技能、企业所有制性质、劳动合同的签订、了解社会保险政策和对社会保险制度的信任度等会影响农民工社会保险参保率。由此提出相应的政策建议,对提高北京建筑业农民工社会保险参保率有重要参考意义。
Migrant workers social insurance influence factor has been the hot topic in domestic scholars actively. On the basis of questionnaire survey to 500 construction workers in Beijing. The rate of social insurance participation and the main factors affecting participation have been demonstrated by using the method of descriptive statistics and binary Logistic regression analysis. the survey shows that the age of migrant workers' participation in social insurance has a significant negative effect, a higher level of education and vocational skills help improve migrant workers social insurance participation; Enterprise ownership affect migrant workers social insurance participation; Sign labor contract signif icantly improved the migrant workers social insurance participation; Social insurance demand preference will increase the participation of migrant workers social insurance. Trust in government and understanding of the insurance policy have significant positive impacts on the rural migrant workers social insurance participation. The research conclusion provides an important reference for increasing the rate of social insurance participation for construction migrant Workers In Beijing.
