摘要:介绍了基于单片机多功能数字化焊接电源人机交互界面的设计。阐述了焊机人机交互系统设计所需要的硬件平台,分析了系统所采用的面板及软件设计。新的人机交互系统分别以STC89C52和8279单片机作为交互系统与键盘的控制芯片、以数码管为显示屏、EEPROM为参数存储芯片,同时支持旋转编码器及键盘输入。设计上促进了焊机功能的集成化,满足了现代焊接工艺方法与参数设置多样化的特点。试验结果表明:新系统性能稳定,界面显示效果直观、清晰,操作方式便捷易懂,且具备较强的抗干扰能力,能够较好地运用于实际的焊接作业。
A design for human-computer interface for welding power source based on single-chip multi-functional digitalization was introduced.The hardware platform used in the design of human-computer interactive system of welding machine was described and the design of the panel and the software was used in the system.New human-computer interactive system respectively uses MCU STC89C52,MCU8279,digital tub and EEPROM as the interactive system,key controlling chip,display screen and parameter storage chip and simultaneously supports the rotary encoder and keyboard input.In design,it promotes the integration of welding machine's functions and meets the characteristics of modern welding method and diversifies parameters settings.The experimental results show that the new system can be applied in the actual welding operation well for its stable performance,intuitive and clear display,operating in convenient and easy-to-understand way and strong anti-disturbance ability.
