摘要:培养方案和教学大纲在研究生培养过程中体现了教学目标的实现和人才培养的方向,是人才培养质量的保证。重视培养方案修订与课程建设是深化研究生教育改革重要任务之一。本文针对目前高校和北京联合大学食品科学与工程专业硕士研究生培养方案和课程体系中存在的问题,阐述了本学科在培养方案修订、课程体系建设、深化教学过程改革和注重研究生综合素质提高中进行的改革与成效,为进一步的优化培养方案和课程体系建设的改革提供参考依据。
In the course of graduate education,the training program and curriculum reflect the teaching objectives and the direction of talents education,so they are important guarantees for the talents training quality.Placing emphasis on the revision of the training program and curriculum construction,optimizing the curriculum system and improving the teaching quality are the urgent tasks of deepening the reform of graduate education.Based on the problems existing in the training program and curriculum system for the graduates majoring in food science and engineering in the universities and Beijing union university,this paper expounds the reform and the effect of the training program revision,educational system construction,deepening teaching process reform and emphasizing improvement in comprehensive quality of graduates in order to provide reference basis for further optimizing the training program and the curriculum system construction.
