摘要：我国大陆地区汉语盲文的分词连写规则有其自身发展的规律、特点、必要性和价值。汉语盲文分词连写大致可分为3个阶段:萌芽阶段、初创阶段和发展阶段,其规则主要来源于北方话拉丁化新文字(简称“北拉”),与“北拉”一脉相承。从规则本身来看,汉语盲文分词连写的三大基本原则符合汉语盲文的客观规律,一般规则还需进一步的完善与细化。从意义与价值来看,盲文的分词连写对盲文本体研究以及盲文的信息处理都具有重要的理论及应用价值。
The rule of Chinese Braille word segmentation and conjunction in China's Mainland has its own development rules, characteristics, necessity and value. Chinese Braille word segmentation and conjunction can be roughly divided into three stages: embryonic stage, initial stage and development stage. Its rules mainly came from “Latinized New Characters in Northern Dialect”. From the perspective of the rules themselves, the rules of Chinese Braille word segmentation and conjunction have three basic principles, which conform to the law of Chinese Braille, but its general rules need to be further improved and refined. Chinese Braille word segmentation and conjunction has important theoretical value and application value to the Chinese Braille ontology research and the Chinese Braille information processing.
