摘要:设计和合成了一种新型蒸煮助剂。该助剂能够促使碱渗入纤维内部、增加固液接触面,提高碱化反应的速度和深度,对皂化和非皂化木素具有乳化和增溶作用,协同碱更彻底地除去木素,能更好地保护纤维素。工业试验表明,把相对绝干原料0.05%的助剂加入到碱液中,用于连续蒸煮较不加助剂少用烧碱0.5~1.0m3/h,用于立锅蒸煮吨浆少耗荻苇111.0kg、氢氧化钠21.4kg、液氯8.6kg。
A novel cooking additive was designed and prepared. By strengthening the emulsification and solubilization of the lignin of sponifiable and non-sponifiable , this cooking additive can improve sponification re-action, eliminate more lignin, and protect cellulose efficiently. The industrial experiments show that, when the novel cooking additive up to 0.05% of the dry raw materials, sodium hydrate(134~136g/L)consumption can be re-duced 0.5~1.0m3/h in continuous digestion processing, and 111.0kg of reed, 21.4kg of sodium hydrate, and 8.6kg of liquid chlorine per ton paper pulp can be saved in batch cooking processing.
