摘要：三山五园作为中华民族重要的文化遗产,在保护其文化价值的基础上发展旅游具有重要的现实意义。目前三山五园旅游开发缺乏系统整体性,基于相关理论从与旅游融合发展的视角进行文化保护与发展,尚缺乏深入的研究。基于历史风貌保护与优秀文化传承,三山五园要将历史文化资源有效保护、注重旅游者体验和活化遗产价值的理念贯穿到旅游发展之中。发展旅游应打造开放式的历史文化旅游景区,构建"一核三轴三区多片"的旅游主体功能格局。现阶段的发展重点是历史文化遗产旅游、深度文化休闲旅游和科教创新文化旅游。而旅游引领三山五园文化保护与发展的措施,可以从以下4个方面着手:多途径推进历史文化资源转化为旅游资源;着力打造特色主题旅游产品;加快旅游商品的研发和推广;以旅游环境优化促进历史风貌保护和以项目活动促进区域影响力提升。
Three Mountains and Five Imperial Gardens is the important Chinese cultural heritage. It is of an important practical significance to protect its cultural value on the basis of the development of tourism. At present, the tourism development of Three Mountains and Five Imperial Gardens is lack of system integrity. The protection and development is still lack of in - depth research based on relevant theories from the perspective of culture and tourism integration development. Bases on the protection of historical features and excellent cultural heritage, the concept of effective protection of historical and cultural resources, emphasis on tourist experience and activation of the heritage value should run through tourism development. The paper proposes to build open historical and cultural scenic spots, constructs a main function pattern of ＂ a Core three Axis more Districts＂, points out that the current focus is to develop historical and cultural heritage tourism, deepen cultural leisure tourism and science and education innovation tourism. Finally, the paper proposes four measures to promote the protection of cultural protection and development： multi -ways to promote the historical and cultural resources into tourism resources; Forging a characteristic theme tourism products and speeding up the development of tourist commodities; promoting the historical style protection through tourism environment optimization and creating project activities to promote regional influence.
