摘要：索洛经济增长模型表明经济长期增长依靠科技进步,而非资本和劳动力的大量持续投入。知识产权质押融资是科技型中小企业解决融资困难的一个新型途径,充足的研发资金投入也有利于提高企业创新能力。本文以科技型中小企业为研究对象,基于问卷调查数据,采用oprobit模型,研究科技型中小企业的创新能力与进行知识产权质押融资意愿的关系。实证结果表明,企业研发人员占员工人数比例对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资的意愿具有显著的正向影响。
Solow’s economic growth model shows that long-term economic growth depends on scientific and technological progress rather than a large amount of continuous investment of capital and labor force.Intellectual property pledge financing is a new way to solve the financing difficulties of scientific and technological SMEs.Sufficient R&D capital investment is also conducive to improve the innovation ability of enterprises.Based on the questionnaire data,this paper uses the Oprobit model to study the relationship between the innovation ability of scientific and technological SMEs and their willingness to pledge intellectual property financing.The empirical results show that the proportion of R&D personnel in the number of employees has a significant positive impact on the willingness of intellectual property pledge financing of scientific and technological SMEs.
