摘要:In order to meet the requirements of non-contacting and multi-channel dynamic measuring for blood sample, a dynamic liquid level optical tracking system is designed. The system consists of Atmega128L which serving as central controller, infrared photo-electric detector, stepping motor and transmission mechanism. Experimental data shows that the system has such advantages such as good repeatability, high accuracy, quick response and excellent anti-interference. It can effectively detect and obtain red blood cells to clump rate, analyze erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) curve, and be applicable to the mixed liquid in different liquid media concentration, turbidity and interface detection. Moreover, the system can distinguish concentration, turbidity and interface of different liquid.
