摘要:以腐植酸、壳聚糖、木质素3种天然材料为基本原料,以戊二醛为交联剂,通过交联、互传网络、凝聚等作用制备高分子复合稳定剂。结果表明:3种天然材料对Pb^2+的吸附性能顺序为腐植酸>木质素>壳聚糖。稳定剂的制备工艺条件为:原料总量为6 g,其中m木质素∶m壳聚糖∶m腐植酸=2∶1.5∶2.5,10%的戊二醛为10 m L,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为8 h。在该条件下制备的稳定剂对土壤重金属Pb的稳定化率较同条件下原料提高约30%。红外光谱结构表征和电镜扫描发现,稳定剂中活性基团种类丰富,具有较大的比表面积,可用于稳定土壤中的多种重金属。
Three natural materials,humic acid,chitosan and lignin were used as the basic raw materials,and glutaraldehyde was used as the crosslinking agent to prepare composite stabilizer through crosslinking,mutual transmission network and agglomeration.The results showed that the adsorption capacities for Pb^2+by the three natural materials were in sequence of humic acid>lignin>chitosan.The optimized preparation process of the stabilizer was as follows:6 g of total raw material(with mass ratio of lignin,chitosan,and humicacid of 2.0∶1.5∶2.5),10%glutaraldehyde 10 m L,reaction temperature of 70℃,reaction time of 8 h.Under this condition,the prepared stabilizer had an ideal stabilization performance for Pb in soil,which was more than 30%higher than that of the raw materials under the same condition.Infrared spectroscopy and electron microscopy revealed that the stabilizers were rich in reactive groups and had a large specific surface area,which was expected to be applied in stabilization of heavy metals in the soil.
