摘要：辅导员和导师是高校育人的两支主要力量,而其在工作中往往各行其是,应突破对辅导员思想政治教育及导师课程指导的传统认识和模式,使二者相互补充,各自发挥特长。通过深入广泛的问卷调查和访谈,调查了解辅导员与导师在育人过程中发挥的作用,分析现行大学生培养模式存在的问题,尝试构建辅导员和导师协同育人的模式。
Counselors and instructors are two major forces for university education, but they tend to go their own way at work. We should break through the traditional knowledge that counselors are responsible for ideological and political education while instructors are responsible for curriculum instruction, making them complement each other and give expression to their own strengths respectively. Through in-depth surveys and extensive interviews on the role of counselors and instructors in the education of people, this paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation mode of university students and attempts to build a counselor-instructor collaborative education mode.
