摘要:采用个案研究法对北京市某一培智学校3名中度智障学生进行以体育游戏为主要手段的个别化运动训练,以期探讨体育游戏对中度智障学生体质的影响。结果显示:有针对性的、专门设计的体育游戏训练方案可以有效地提高中度智障儿童的健康水平;体育游戏可以作为中度智障儿童进行体质训练的手段;中度智障儿童的平衡能力相对较差,训练过程中还需要深入研究每个个体平衡能力的差异,提供有针对性的训练,并长期坚持。
In order to explore the influence of sports games on the moderate mentally retarded students' physique,three moderate mentally retarded students from a school for intellectual disabilities in Beijing were given individualized exercise training. The result shows: the targeted,specially designed sports game training scheme can effectively improve the moderate mentally retarded children's physical health level; Sports games can be used as a moderate mentally retarded children's physical health training means; Moderate mentally retarded children's balance ability is relatively poor,and further studies on the differences of the balance ability of each individual need to be carried out in the process of training in order to provide targeted and consistent training.
