摘要：信息技术的进步是引发服务创新的重要因素之一。信息技术的飞速发展以及广泛应用对旅游服务产生了重大影响,不仅为旅游服务提供了可靠的支撑作用,而且为旅游服务创新奠定了坚实的技术基础。文章列举了信息技术支持下的宾馆酒店、旅游交通、旅游餐饮以及景区景点中的服务创新。
The progress of the information technology is one of the important factors that promotes the service innovation. The rapid development and the wide application of information technology, have a significant impact on the tourism service, it not only provides the reliable support for the tourist service, but also lay a solid technology base for the tourist service innovation. Then the article lists some tourism service innovation base on the information technology support.
