摘要：论文阐释文件普查的概念及其重要价值,分析信息治理目标对文件普查工作的新增要求。基于这些要求,系统性地提出在信息时代背景下实施文件普查的策略,并探讨该策略对我国档案室实施“三合一”制度的借鉴价值,旨在为我国档案事业的发展提供参考与支持。
This paper first explains the con?cept of records inventory and its significant value.It then analyzes the new requirements that information governance goals impose on records inventory work.Based on these requirements,the paper systematically proposes strategies and methods for conducting records inventories in the context of the information age.Finally,the pa?per explores the implications of this strategic system for China’s implementation of the“threein-one”archival management framework at the institutional level,with the aim of providing refer?ence and support for the development of archival work in China.
