摘要:以液体石蜡作为油相,壳聚糖溶液为水相,采用反相乳液聚合法制备壳聚糖-聚丙烯酸微胶囊。然后采用一种碳化二亚胺方法将GOD酶固定到PAAC接枝壳聚糖微胶囊。利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、紫外分光光度计对微胶囊的性能进行分析;以罗丹明B作为模型物来验证微胶囊的缓释性能。结果表明:壳聚糖-聚丙烯酸微胶囊圆整、表面粗糙,而且在葡萄糖浓度达到0.2mol/L时,罗丹明B从微胶囊释放的速率显著升高。
Chitosan-polyacrylic acid (PAAC) microcapsules were prepared by reverse emulsion polymerization method with atoleine as oil phase and chitosan as water phase. GOD was immobilized onto the PAAC-grafted chitosan microcapsules by a carbodiimide method. The chitosan-PAAC microcapsules were characterized by infrared radiation spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope, ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Rhodamine B was chosen as a model molecule to vertify the conirolled-release of microcapsule. The results show that the prepared microcapsule is circular and has a rough surface, inaddition, the release rate of Rhodamine B increases dramatically in the presence of 0.2 mol/L glucose.
