摘要:劳动力成本上升导致代工企业利润急剧下降,代工企业选择关闭、变卖在华制造业或将企业转移到境外或从东部迁移到西部,有的则选择用机器人代替人工。这就造成代工企业对一线操作工种的减少,而对技术工种与开发工程师需求的增加。为了适应这种变化,应加大对劳动力的培训,实现顺利转岗;或者代工企业转型成服务业,代工工人转型到需求旺盛的服务业;建立良好劳资关系,能互相体谅,实现共赢。
The rising labor costs lead to the sharply profit fell of contract manufacturers.Therefore,contract manufactures have chosen closing,selling enterprises in China,or transferred overseas or from east to west regions,others chose to use robots instead of human.It causes the reduction of line operation work,and the increasing demand for technical work and development engineers.In order to adapt to this change,contract manufacturers should provide training for labor,or transform into services firms,and contract workers will become servicer,or establishing a good industrial relations which can consider for each other and achieve mutual beneficial situation.
