摘要:本文考察了虾青素对长时间、大强度训练导致的运动性心肌损伤的保护作用。56只SPF级Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:安静对照组(C组,n=12)、一般训练组(M组,n=12)、过度训练组(OM组,n=16)和虾青素+过度训练组(AM组,n=16)。实验中对大鼠以20 mg/kg·d虾青素灌胃56 d,并进行递增负荷游泳训练。末次训练即刻测定血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(c Tn I)含量、心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量,血清、心肌内皮素(ET)及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量等相关生化指标。结果显示,8周的训练导致大鼠运动性心肌损伤。(1)血清c Tn I含量,C、M组间无显著差异(P>0.05);OM组较C组显著增加(P<0.01);AM组显著低于OM组(P<0.05)。(2)心肌SOD活性,OM组和AM组显著低于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05),AM组显著高于OM组(P<0.05);心肌MDA含量,OM组和AM组显著高于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05),AM组显著低于OM组(P<0.05)。(3)血清与心肌ET含量,OM组和AM组显著高于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05),AM组显著低于OM组(P<0.01);血清、心肌CGRP含量,OM组和AM组显著低于C组(P<0.01,P<0.05),AM组显著高于OM组(P<0.05)。从而说明补充虾青素可以有效地促进抗氧化酶活性的增加,清除机体产生的过量自由基;抑制内皮细胞分泌内皮素,促进降钙素基因相关肽的分泌,保证二者浓度的相对平衡,从而阻止因长时间、大强度运动导致的心肌脂质过氧化作用和心肌损伤。
In this study, the protective effects of astaxanthin (AS) on long time and intensive exercise-induced myocardi- al injury of rats were investigated. 56 Male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:control group (C group, n = 12) ,general training group (M group,n = 12) ,overtraining group (OM group,n = 16) and AS + Overtraining group ( AM group, n = 16). The rats ( OM group) were given with 20 mg/kg · d AS for 56 d increasing load swimming training. The serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI), myocardial supemxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), serum and myocardial endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) content and related biochemical indexes were measured after the last training. The results showed 8 weeks of training lead to exercise-induced myocardial injury in rats. (1) Serum cTnI levels, there was no significant difference between C and M (P 〉 0.05 ) ;OM increased signifi- cantly compared with C ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; AM was significantly lower than that of OM ( P 〈 0.05 ). (2) SOD activity, OM and AM group was significandy lower than that of C ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05), AM group was significantly higher than OM group (P 〈 0.05) ; Myocardial MDA coment of OM and AM group was significantly higher than that of group C ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ), AM was significantly lower than OM group ( P 〈 0.05 ). (3) The content of serum and myocardial en- dothelin, OM and AM was significantly higher than that of group C ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ), AM was significantly lower than OM group (P 〈 0.01 ) ;Serum,myocardial CGRP, OM and AM was significantly lower than that of group C (P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05 ), AM group was significantly higher than OM group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Hence, these results indicated thatsupplement of AS effectively promoted the activity of antioxidant enzymes, and removed excess free radicals; It inhibited the secretion of ET and promoted the secretion of CGRP,then ensured that the balance of ET and CGRP. In con-clusion, AS prevented the myocardial injury caused by long time and intensive training.
