摘要:过去十年,人工智能领域的进步推动了智能驾驶技术的快速发展。其中,机器学习、深度学习及强化学习等方法在智能驾驶控制中的应用,有效提高了智能驾驶的安全性和舒适性。为了研究人工智能在智能驾驶控制中的应用,首先分析智能驾驶系统架构及传统的智能驾驶横纵向控制的研究现状;随后重点论述人工智能方法在智能驾驶控制领域研究的现状,讨论学习型控制器、端到端智能驾驶控制和深度强化学习等人工智能方法的研究及应用情况;最后提出人工智能方法在智能驾驶控制领域研究和应用中遇到的挑战。研究成果有助于相关研究人员深入了解人工智能方法在智能驾驶控制方面的优势和局限性,在应用中也可为智能驾驶控制系统的设计提供参考。
In the past decade,advances in the field of artificial intelligence(AI)have greatly promoted the development of intelligent driving.Among them,the application of machine learning,deep learning,reinforcement learning and other methods in intelligent driving control has effectively improved the safety and comfort of autonomous vehicles.In order to study the application of AI in intelligent driving control,firstly,this paper introduces the architecture of intelligent driving framework and the research status of traditional methods of driving control.Then,it focuses on the research status of AI methods in the field of intelligent driving control,and discusses the research and application of AI methods such as learning controllers,end-to-end intelligent driving control and reinforcement learning.Finally,the challenges of AI methods in the research and application of intelligent driving control are put forward.This research results will help relevant researchers deeply understand the advantages and limitations of AI in intelligent driving control,and can also provide reference for the design of intelligent driving control systems in application.
