摘要：This study aims to explore the integration of health management, psychological healing, and smart tourism in enhancing physical and mental well-being and happiness. The paper primarily employs theoretical analysis and case study methods, selecting five representative smart tourism cases for in-depth analysis. The research findings indicate that smart tourism can promote the well-being and happiness of tourists through creating immersive tourism experiences centered around nature retreats, cultural immersion, art therapy, and social interaction. It effectively utilizes modern information technologies such as immersive technology, personalized technology, intelligent technology, and therapeutic technology. On this basis, the study summarizes strategies to help tourists reconnect with oneself, nature, and the world. The significance of this research lies in revealing the interaction between health management and tourism experiences, providing a theoretical basis for future tourism policies and health promotion strategies, and advancing physical and mental well-being and social welfare. ? 2024 IEEE.
