摘要：京津冀服务业协同发展可以有效推动京津冀协同发展。生产性服务业是发展"服务经济"的主导产业,是京津冀区域的核心发展要素之一。基于生态的视角,启发于自然生态系统,用生态系统思维引导生产性服务业,依据产业生态系统,探讨了京津冀区域生产性服务业发展策略,构建了生态视角的"三维一体"和"五位一体"模式。基于此,提出要加强产业关联生态化,优化产业生态空间布局,实现产业结构优化升级和区域转型发展,推动京津冀生产性服务业快速发展,提升京津冀区域整体竞争力,有效促进京津冀区域协同发展。
The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei service industry can promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei effectively. Producer services is a leading industry for the development of service economy, it is one of the core development elements of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on the ecological perspective, inspired by the natural ecosystem, guiding producer services through the ecological systems thinking, on the basis of industry ecosystem, this paper discussed the producer services development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, build the Three dimensions and Five one mode in ecological perspective. Based on it, this paper strengthens the industrial ecology, and optimizes the industrial ecological space layout, to transform the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and regional development,to promote the productive service industry develops rapidly of Beijing-tianjin-hebei, to increase the overall competitiveness of Beijing-tianjin-hebei, and to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei effectively.
