摘要：相较政治协商与参政议政职能,政协的民主监督的制度建设相对起步较晚,存在认识不足、重视不够、工作机制不完善、研究不深等问题。健全完善政协民主监督制度,一是要强化民主监督制度的顶层设计;二是要丰富和创新民主监督内容与形式;三是要抓好民主监督工作机制的规范化、制度化;四是要深入推进民主监督保障工作的规范化、制度化;五是要不断开展民主监督课题的理论研究。
CPPCC's system construction of democratic supervision starts later than its functions of political consultation and polical participation. There are problems such as weak understanding,little attention,imperfection of mechanism,and superficial research,etc. The following should be done to perfect democratic supervision system of CPPCC. Firstly,the top-level design of democratic supervision system should be strengthened. Secondly,the form and content should be enriched and innovated. Thirdly,the work mechanism should be institutionalized.Fourthly,the institutionalization of democratic supervision security should be promoted. Fifthly,the research on that should be constantly done.
