摘要:作为教育中的重要内容,教育惩戒自身内含有特定的价值,即管理性的工具价值和人文性的育人价值。在这两种价值的平衡状态中,教育惩戒得以在教育过程中发挥其功用。但随着技术社会的发展,教育惩戒的价值出现偏离,工具价值不断扩张与泛化,而育人价值则不断萎缩与离场。教育惩戒价值的偏离使其成为了简单的工具,育人属性消失。为扭转偏离,需要去工具化,让工具价值回归本位,增关爱性,让育人价值回归本位。只有教育惩戒的工具价值与育人价值复归本位,各安其位,才能在一种平衡状态中实现教育惩戒培养人的教育旨归。
As an important part of education,educational punishment has its own specific value,that is,the instrumental value of management and the educational value of humanity.In the balance of these two values,educational punishment can play its role in the process of education.However,with the development of technological society,the value of educational punishment deviates,the instrumental value expands and generalizes,and the educational value shrinks and leaves.The deviation of educational punishment value makes it a simple tool,and the educational attribute disappears.In order to reverse the deviation,we need to de instrumentalize,let the tool value return to the standard,increase the caring,and let the education value return to the standard.Only when the instrumental value and educational value of educational punishment return to the standard and each has its own position,can the educational purpose of educational punishment be realized in a balanced state.
