摘要：北京联合大学是一所北京市属综合型大学,以招收北京地区生源为主。由于众多历史原因,其食品科学系本科学生中女生占多数。因此,女生特色教育在食品科学系的本科教育中具有特殊的重要性。作者在食品科学系的长期教学实践中坚持了以励志为核心的女生特色教育,辅以勤奋教育、独立思考能力培养和综合素质提升等内容。经过多年的实践,积累了一定的经验,收到了良好的效果。
Beijing Union University(BUU)is a comprehensive university to enroll local students in the urban area of Beijing.Due to many historical reasons,the majority of undergraduate students in the department of food science were female students.Therefore,the education of female student has a significant importance in the undergraduate education of food science department.In a long-term teaching practice,author insists on an education special for female students mainly with motivational and inspirational contents,additionally with the aids of training in abilities to work hard,think independently,improve integrative quality etc.After a long-term practice,a certain amount of experiences and useful effects were accumulated and observed.
