摘要:谭霈生毕生专注于戏剧基础理论的攻关研究与教育教学,为我国戏剧学学科的建设奠定了坚实的理论基础,指引了明确的发展方向;他以自己的研究成果反哺教学,培养出一大批戏剧人才。本文就谭霈生关于戏剧人才应该具备的基本素质与能力、相应的课程设置等方面的思考与探索,及其在以"本体观"为核心的人格教育上的思路与方法等方面进行梳理;并探讨如何将《谭霈生文集》的重要内容纳入本学科高等教育各阶段的课程体系当中。
Tan Peisheng has dedicated himself to the research and education of the fundamental theory of theatre.His study establishes the solid foundation for the construction of theatre study in China,and guides the direction for its development clearly.Then he returns his research results to the theatre theory education,thus cultivates a large number of theatre talents.This article discusses the following issues:Tan Peisheng’s thinking and exploration of the basic qualities and abilities that theatre talents should have,the corresponding curriculum plan,his thoughts and methods of personality education centered on"drama ontology",and how to apply the relevant parts of Collected Works of Tan Peisheng into the course system in different levels of higher theatre education.
