摘要：高质量发展是党的十九大报告提出的重要论述,是“十四五”时期经济社会发展的主题。乡村旅游高质量发展对乡村振兴、社会发展具有重要意义。本文通过剖析“两山”理论的内涵,分析乡村旅游在经济、生态、文化和社会层面的重要价值,在“两山”理论的意蕴下提出了乡村旅游高质量发展的实践模式和根本遵循,并以“绿水青山就是金山银山”的转化机制为逻辑,提出乡村旅游实现高质量发展的具体策略,为乡村旅游高质量发展提供借鉴。
High-quality development is an important statement put forward in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress and the focus of the economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year-Plan period.The high-quality development of rural tourism is of great significance to rural revitalization and social development.This paper explores the core concepts of the“Two Mountains”theory and analyzes the important role of rural tourism in economic,ecological,cultural,and social development.Under the implication of“Two Mountains”theory,this paper proposes the practical mode and fundamental principles of high-quality development of rural tourism.It also proposes specific strategies for rural tourism to achieve high-quality development,based on the transformation mechanism of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,so as to to provide a reference for the high-quality development of rural tourism.
