摘要：住宅业的发展将作为新的国民经济增长点，国家将全部取消住房分配制度，并推行住房商品货币化，这是一项利国利民的工程。按照市场经济规律，在未来的房地产开发领域中，北京市将对住宅建设加大投资力度，并使住宅在房地产业中的投资趋于合理化。
The development of residence property will become as the increases of national economy,the system of residence's distribution will be canceled and promote housing's commercial currency in China,This project is to benefit the nation and the people.According to the market of economical rules,in the field of real estate,Beijing's housing construction and investment will be growing and reasonable in the future.
