摘要:提升听障大学生的就业质量是促进其融入社会的重要路径。以北京联合大学特殊教育学院视觉传达设计专业38名听障大学生为研究对象,采用多种统计学方法,从就业信息获取、职业选择倾向、职业能力认知和认识实习课程效果4个维度展开调研与分析。结果发现,听障大学生就业信息获取渠道较为单一,职业选择趋向集中,对沟通能力提升需求认知不足,职业准备意识较全面但深度不足,认识实习课程对就业认知有积极作用但仍需改进。基于研究结果,从学生、学校、社会3个层面出发,提出5项对策,即鼓励听障大学生提升无障碍沟通能力,强化数智设计技能教学,改革实习课程,完善职业规划体系,构建协同支持网络。研究旨在为视觉传达设计专业听障大学生的就业能力提升提供实践路径,并为残障大学生就业教育研究提供借鉴。
Improving the employment quality of college students with hearingimpairment is a crucial pathway to their social integration.This study investigates 38 college students with hearing-impairment majoring in Visual Communication Design at College of Special Education,Beijing Union University.Using multiple-dimensional statistical methods,it conducts surveys and analyses across four dimensions:access to employment information,career preference,perception of occupational competency,and effectiveness of career exploration internship courses.Findings indicate that these students had limited channels for obtaining employment information,showed convergence in career choices,and exhibited insufficient awareness of the need to improve communication skills.While they demonstrated relatively comprehensive-yet superficial-career preparation awareness,the professional practice courses have positive effects on employment cognition but still require further improvement.Based on the research results,five countermeasures are proposed from three levels-targeting the individual,institutional,and societal levels:encouraging students to enhance barrier-free communication capabilities;strengthening digital-intelligent design skills instruction,reforming internship curricula,improving career planning systems,and establishing collaborative support networks.This study aims to provide practical pathways for enhancing employment competency of students with hearing impairment majoring in visual communication design and to offer a reference for employment education research on college students with disabilities.
