摘要：就业是最大的民生,近年来大学生就业形势严峻,已成为社会各界关注的重点问题。本文基于北京联合大学生物化学工程学院2020届本科毕业生的调研数据,探讨环境支持、求职行为及求职结果三者间的关系,研究发现环境支持、求职行为对求职结果具有显著的正向影响,且求职行为在环境支持和求职结果之间具有中介效应。根据研究结果,从个体、学校及政府方面提出相应的对策建议,以帮助大学生更好地就业。
Employment is pivotal to people’s well-being.In recent years,the employment situation of college students is getting more and more severe,which has become a key issue of concern to all sectors of society.Based on the survey data of 2020 undergraduates from the College of Biochemical Engineering of Beijing Union University,this article explores the relationship between environmental support,job-seeking behavior,and job-seeking results.The research results found that environmental support and job-seeking behavior have a significant positive impact on job-seeking results,and job-seeking behavior has a mediating effect between environmental support and job-seeking results.According to the research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from individuals,schools and the government are put forward to help college students get better employment.
