摘要：在经济全球化背景下,国际贸易低碳化日益受到各国重视。发展低碳贸易对中国既是挑战,也是动力。中国以煤为主的能源结构以及受现阶段经济增长仍需大量消耗能源、能源利用率低等因素的制约,中国发展低碳贸易任重道远。同时,顺应国际贸易发展趋势,积极转变外贸发展方式,构建环境友好型低碳贸易模式,有助于中国更好地参与国际分工,化解国际贸易摩擦,承担国际责任。
In the context of economic globalization,the world is increasingly attaching importance to low-carbon economy,and more and more nations attempt to develop international trade in a low-carbon approach.Low-carbon trade,for China,means both challenges and opportunities.Now,China faces many constraints,such as coal-dominated energy structure and economic growth stage,etc.Therefore,there is still a long way for Chinese low-carbon trade.China needs to alleviate heavy pressure,assume international responsibilities,and further participate in international division of labor by transforming its foreign trade growth pattern into an environment-friendly and low-carbon mode based on the country＇s realities.
