摘要:该文针对目前市面上用于机器视觉检测的装置过于简单、调节不方便、调节精度不高的现状,研制一台在高度和水平面方向均能实现自动调节的装置,使用3个丝杠滑台实现摄像头安装位置的三维调节,使用步进电机驱动丝杠滑台的运动,使用西门子S7-1200PLC实现控制,使用上海繁易公司的触摸屏实现监控。该装置实现摄像头在三维空间上自动调节,为后续的机器视觉检测研究提供便利,缩短研究周期,提高研究效率。
This paper provides a device which is used for the medium or small goods detection based on machine vision. In this device,the position of the installed camera can be automatically adjusted in the three-dimensional direction. Three screw slides are used to adjust the installation location of the camera,and three stepper motors are used to drive the movement of the screw slides. The S7-1200 PLC is used as the controller and the Touch screen of Shanghai-FanYi is used to achieve monitoring and operating. It is easy,efficient and accurate for this device to adjust the installation location of the camera. So it make the preparation work of image acquisition more convenient and improve the efficiency of detection.
