摘要：针对机械、轻工、码头、化工等行业的物流输送、流水线作业等系统中广泛应用的传送带控制方法不能信息化和网络化的缺点,以传送带设备为例,综述了利用先进的PROFINET技术构建传送带控制的网络解决方案。给出了各级网络的硬件组成、连接结构、通讯作用和网络参数的组态设置方法。通过构建的工业信息网络实现了对传送带设备的控制和监控。实现了集中管理,危险分散的优化控制方案。使得整个系统运行安全可靠,方便灵活,信息化处理程度高。为实际应用传送带实现各种生产线控制的系统和领域,提供了成功的帮助和参考。
In view of shortcoming of the control method which the conveyor is widely applied in the logistics conveyer and assembly Line and so on system of such fields as the machinery,light industry,wharf,chemical industry cannot information and network,the conveyor equipment is taken as an example,the network solution is summarized which the use advanced Profinet technology construction conveyor controls.The hardware composition,connection structure,communication function and network parameter configuration establishment method of the network of each level are given.The system has realized the control and monitoring to the conveyor equipment through construction Industrial information network.This has realized the optimal control scheme of centralized management and risk scattering.The system operation is both safe reliable and convenient flexible and there is a high degree of the informatization processes.The successful help and the reference are provided for the system and field to realize each kind of production line control by use of conveyor.
