摘要:本研究采用文献综述与实地调查相结合的方法,梳理数智化时代下人力资源管理专业人才的素质要求,以此为依据,分析北京联合大学人力资源管理专业实践教学体系数智化改革的现实困境,提出以产教融合驱动数智化改革的实践方案。研究发现,以产教融合为抓手,构建“三元四阶五维”实践教学体系,优化协同育人网络,创新数智化教学平台,强化师资队伍建设,有效提升学生的数智技能、创新能力及就业竞争力。产教融合与数智赋能相结合,能够实现人才培养与产业需求的精准对接,为应用型高校人力资源管理专业的实践教学改革提供可行路径。
Through literature review and field investigation,it identifies competency requirements for HR professionals in the digital-intelligent era,analyzes practical challenges within the practical teaching system at Beijing Union University,and proposes an integration-driven reform plan.The study finds that by establishing a"three-element,four-stage,five-dimension"practical teaching framework,optimizing collaborative education networks,innovating digital-intelligent teaching platforms,and enhancing faculty capacity,students'digitalintelligent skills,innovative ability,and employment competitiveness can be effectively improved.The synergy between industry-education integration and digital-intelligent empowerment enables precise connection between talent cultivation and industrial needs,providing a feasible pathway for the practical teaching reform in Human Resource Management major in applied universities.
