摘要：学校效能研究在西方发达国家有近40年的历史,目前有很多国家参与研究,成为教育领域关注和评论的热点。反思其研究的内容、方法和应用并探讨其未来发展可以使我们较全面地了解该项研究的发展状况。
School effectiveness has been researched in western countries for nearly forty years,which attracts most countries to take part in and has become one of the focuses of education research. Rethinking the contents,method and application of school effectiveness research and probing into its future development can make us know about the development of the research.
