摘要:In order to verify the influence performance of the welding process that adds high frequency pulse to low-power laser assisted TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding with filler wire, low-power laser assisted TIG hybrid welding and laser high-frequency pulse TIG hybrid welding were applied to test 6mm-thick 2219 aluminum alloy welding; through three welding processes experiments, the correlation between welding process and joints structure as well as performance was studied. The results show that laser high-frequency pulse TIG hybrid welding increases welding speed, reduces heat input significantly, refine the welding structure, and reduce the width of Eutectic α(Al) + θ(CuAl2) structure of crystal boundary, especially effectively eliminates the blowhole defect of welding fusion zone. Furthermore, the joint properties and stress corrosion resistance both are improved significantly. The average fracture time for 2219 aluminum alloy through the laser highfrequency pulse TIG hybrid welding is significantly longer than that through the TIG welding, which is about 94% of the average fracture time for 2219 based material. ?
